Dramasetter's Quick Review : Condemned 2

condemned 2
Condemned was first released when the Xbox 360 first launched and the game blended in forensics science with a clear case of a "Silent Hill" perspective going on. Ethan Thomas was framed by a series of murders going around and you had to clear your name. This time around Agent Thomas is a drunk and clues surfaces when new details of his friend Van Horn appears. Upon looking for his friend things start to get weird quick and the story takes a weird, but good turn of events. If you was confused with Condemned 1 complex storyline, part 2 is here to fill in the loose gaps and makes it more understandable while mixing in the new story. The graphics are dark and music still gives you chills as play throughout the game. The online mode really shines where there are numerous ways to play and making it unique without following the same formula as the others. The game is really good and worth the playthrough.
PROS:
  • Good storyline that makes the game more enjoyable this time with less confusing plots
  • Online multiplayer is increably refreshing and defintely a blast to play through
  • High replay factor. Once game is finished you unlock the FPS mode which allows you to go through the entire game with a colt.45 and unlimted ammo.
  • The forensics part of the game is more detailed and more fun. You also get an rating system this time around.
  • You can catch this title for 10 bucks!!!!!!
CONS:
  • Even on Hard difficulty the game is still easy.
  • Some levels are a little dark at times, yeah i know you can adjust the lighting but then the game will look too bright for comfort.
  • The "twist" at the end.
RATING>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>8 out of 10
