Dramsetter's PSN Review : The Punisher : No Mercy (PS3)........How could they fucked this up?

The Punisher is and will always be one of the most badass hardcore hero in the Marvel universe. His guns and blood thirst for revenge makes him appeal to appeal because most of us will never let out our anger like this guy. A few years ago The Punisher game was relasesd and it wowed us with its extensive use of violence and good storyline behind it. Everyone was excited that a new Punisher game was coming out. Then they said it was going to be realaesed as a PSN arcade game.Cool. With the usage of Unreal engine and just the Punisher license how could they fuck this up....right?
THE GOOD:

• Ummm....It's The Punisher and its violent
• The Storyline Comic Panels are the best
  
• Multiplayer is fun..............

THE BAD:

• Yeah Multiplayer is fun if you can find a decent room to play with. I personally searched for about 20-25 minutes and when i found one the server was shut down afterwards?.WTF
• Get this..The "story mode", if you wanna call it that, can be finished within 30 min. Not only that but instead of a story based mission like others FPS you basically play 4 diffrent levels with "bots" characters accomplshing multiplayer "missions". Kind of like L4D, but i dont want to put this shit in that classic catergory.
• Weapons are OK at it's best. Punisher was the man with "100 guns". This Punisher is the man who probeley cleans the guns cause its very limited and cheap.
• Once you beat the game.......you get a To Be Continue screen?...WTF....You telling me they going to continue on with this shit
• Same 3 types of enemies throughout story mode....patheic

THE UGLY:

• 9.99 price tag

Overall dont waste your time with this game. I mean how can you fuck up Punisher. If they plan on improving the servers and adding new DLC for more levels and better weapons for free then this game could still have some potential. Otherwise then that, DONT PURCHASE THIS GAME. Blow your 10 bucks on Final Fantasy 7 or Metal Gear Solid. Better yet go to your nearest game store and buy the PS2/Xbox game that was realased not that long ago, and you'll have a blast. LEAVE THIS SHIT ALONE.
